C2S – Initially named “Cable Services and Systems” – is the SETIC dedicated department taking care of Wire & Cable production lines, and acting as an overall efficiency booster to restore machine productivity, and products quality.
Rebranded “C2S” in 2014, the department is being assigned spare parts, bows, upgrades, and services projects (maintenance, training, technical audit, commissioning…) on SETIC and POURTIER machines, but also other brands rotating equipment, on request.
Since creation of this specialized department, turnover has been continuouly rising, as a result of customers’ confidence in the team and important means allocated to aftersales subjects.
In 2003, following requests of many demanding customers, SETIC had created a specific department to adapt high-graded bows to other machine brands : BOW TECHNOLOGY was born!
BOW TECHNOLOGY, a brand created by – and for – demanding users.
Satisfied with the bows equipping their SETIC machines, customers have requested we adapt the same level of technology to other machine brands. BOW TECHNOLOGY is the answer to cable makers concerned by quality and long-life reliable bows for all brands of double twist stranders, for DIN 400mm to 2000 mm reels.
The “BOW TECHNOLOGY” success is the result of the SETIC long experience in designing and manufacturing double twist machines.
With a comprehensive range of 650+ all sizes designs including the new generation multi-use “GreenBow2” (1 bow fiber, 3 selectable wire paths, up to 30% energy savings), the division offers a global service from conception to production and worldwide distribution. The team is ready to discuss any particular model matching the customer’s specific production needs.

In 1987, SETIC is acquired by GAUDER & Co., (Belgium). Subsequently, in the 1990s, the rise of computer networks opened up new perspectives: SETIC has been since developed a very wide range of equipment for communication cables, becoming the market leader in LAN (Local Area Network) equipment. 
Creation of a local service center and distribution subsidiary in the USA : Gauder Group Inc 
Upon the market request, SETIC has created a dedicated department to adapt SETIC bows to other machine brands : BOW TECHNOLOGY was born. 
The Customer Services division is rebranded after 12 years of success : C2S (Cables Services and Systems) is available for any spare parts, upgrades, maintenance, or services need.
